Power Industrial Trucks Operator Training (Eng./Spn.)
Daily Inspection Checklist included for all 7 different types of
forklifts. *A documented inspection is required daily/once per shift by
OSHA for every Forklift onsite.
Attendance Sheet – Make copies and have your
employees sign-in at the beginning of training session. The original
copy should remain with HR/Personnel and should be available for a
potential OSHA audit.
Power Industrial Truck Operator Training
(Eng./Spn.) - Make copies and distribute the sets to your employees for
training purposes. Pages 1-5 are for them to keep. After completing the
written and skill tests pages 6-10 (Spanish 6-11) should be filed with
your training/certification records.
CD Power Point Presentation (Forklift Certification)
DVD or VHS Training copy of “Forklift Instructor Training new approach” (Eng./Spn.)
32 Wallet Cards to be completed by the instructor with the employee
names once training is completed. The wallet cards MUST be carried at
all times while operating a forklift. This card MUST be presented to an
OSHA inspector when requested.
